Healing Doesn’t Make You Untouchable

You’re allowed to be wise and still need support.
There’s a story many sensitive, deep-feeling women carry:
If I’m really healed…
I won’t spiral anymore.
I’ll never doubt myself.
I’ll always be regulated, grateful, empowered, self-sourced.
But here’s the truth:
Healing doesn’t make you untouchable.
It makes you more touchable.
More honest. More porous. More you.
✧ 01. There’s No Badge for “Most Healed”
Healing isn’t a competition.
It’s a remembering.
You will still:
Get overwhelmed sometimes
Feel tender after setting a boundary
Question your worth in moments of vulnerability
Cry in unexpected places
Need to ask for help
This doesn’t mean you’ve regressed.
It means you’re in relationship with your aliveness.
✧ 02. Being Regulated Isn’t Being Emotionless
A regulated nervous system doesn’t mean flatline calm.
It means capacity.
It means:
“I can feel this without abandoning myself.”
“I can come back to center — even if I wobble.”
“I can be with the feeling instead of fixing it.”
Tears don’t mean you’re broken.
They mean your body trusts you now.
✧ 03. You Don’t Have to Be the Strong One Anymore
When your identity is built around being the one who holds it all — healing can feel like failure.
But you weren’t born to be everyone’s safe place.
You were born to be your own.
Letting yourself be supported is not a regression.
It’s a sacred recalibration.
You don’t have to be the healer to be worthy of healing.
✧ 04. The Myth of the Untouchable Woman
Social media loves the woman who is:
Always in her power
Never triggered
Endlessly magnetic
Constantly manifesting
But that’s not a human.
That’s a performance.
You are allowed to be wise and tender.
Embodied and in-process.
Empowered and still healing.
Wholeness is not perfection.
It’s presence.
✧ 05. A Somatic Moment: The Permission Breath
Close your eyes.
Place one hand on your belly, one on your chest.
Breathe into both hands at once.
Ask softly:
“What part of me still thinks I need to have it all together?”
Listen without fixing.
Hold her without judgment.
Exhale.
This is how healing deepens: with permission.
✧ 06. A Sacred Invitation
You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re just becoming.
Over and over again.
If you’re longing for a gentle space to reconnect with your inner wisdom — to be held, seen, and supported as you soften back into yourself…
